Vouchers — the commercial move without a deploy
Four kinds of voucher: a PRICE discount targetable to one specific price (“20% off GPT-4 usage” without touching the base fee), an ENTITLEMENT_BOOST (+500 AI credits for 30 days), a FLAG_GRANT that switches a feature on at redemption, and COMPOSITE for all three at once. An AE creates it in the console, the customer redeems, the deal closes — engineering never hears about it.
