Feature Tracking — metering without a consume() call

Send your product events to /v1/tracking as they are. Tracking filters match events to Features, aggregate by count, sum, or distinct users, and the NUMBER_RAW_EVENT entitlement turns matched events into quota usage per reset period. Per-Feature analytics on top: top customers, adoption curves, segmentation by License.
